Dreamtime- March 22, 2004- Party in Maine

Mom and I were at a party at a nice beach house in Maine. Fictional friends of the family were the hosts. Aunt Ann and her four kids, Missy, Kevin, Donna, and Fran were there. A few of our other friends, Kathy, Helen and Maureen were too.

We all looked younger, as we did in about 1986. It was a little disappointing that my brother wasn’t part of this storyline. I guess that he was unable to make it to this get-together. I wondered why.

I was talking to a guy who looked like the actor who plays Jamie on “EastEnders”. I wasn’t even feeling that nervous. We chatted for about 15 minutes before he went outside to play horseshoes with three of the other guests.

My cousin Kevin accidentally called me Sara instead of Lara; he apologized for this. He told me that my mother and aunt went for a walk.

I saw Missy but it was so strange that she looked about only 10 years old. In reality, she is only 3 years younger than me so she should be 13 here. Time and other things are often different in the holodeck. She was playing a board game, Parcheesi, with 2 other kids around her age.

While a boy was taking his turn, she gave me a picture of a dog that she had drawn. I thanked her for this. I folded it in half and put it in my sweater pocket.

I suddenly felt tired, but it didn’t feel natural. It was almost as if the mean aliens were making me feel this way. I fell asleep on the couch in the rec room. I had put my glasses on the coffee table before doing so. When I woke up about 25 minutes later, I could not find my glasses which made me feel panicky.

I looked around for about 30 seconds and spotted a pair but these were not mine. Then, in other spots throughout this room there were five more pairs, none of them mine either. I was very upset about this. I went out into the hallway and finally found mine on a table next to a vase of flowers. I was so relieved.

I guess that this was yet another terrible thing that had been done to me by the aliens who sometimes hack into Sam’s programs. It is twisted that they seem to like upsetting me.

I went into the living room. Fran and a few others were watching “Magnum P. I.” on a big screen television. I watched it a little while with them and talked to Fran for a bit during the commercials.

I decided to go outside. On the deck, I saw Helen, Kathy, and a few other people sitting around a picnic table. I talked to them for a little while before taking a walk.

Only about 10 minutes away from this house was a small restaurant. I wanted to see what it was like so I went inside. I saw Mom and Aunt Ann sitting at one of the tables. That was odd; why would they want to eat here and not at the party?

I didn’t go over to them right away. I was looking at the photos on the wall. There were some of famous people that had signatures on them. They must have been customers at this place.

I saw Hall & Oates and Jon Bon Jovi, who looked as he did in the early 1990s. He was wearing a leather jacket, sunglasses, and was sitting on a motorcycle. I couldn’t help thinking “Oh brother”. Even in a family storyline, that guy has to show up in it somehow.

When I went back towards the table that my aunt and mother were at, they were no longer there. Maybe they had walked back to the house. I started doing so too but could not find it. Had I been going the wrong way and gotten lost? How could I have done that though? Maybe the aliens messed with my sense of direction.

I turned around and headed the opposite way. I was certain that I was now near the spot in which this home was located, only it was not there anymore. I was feeling both angry and upset. This holodeck program had been kind of cool except for when it was being interfered with by the bullies.

They had made the house and my friends and family disappear. I was feeling so scared and alone, as I have been in real life. I wasn’t sure what to do next. I checked my sweater pocket; the doggie picture was still in there.

I sat down on a bench outside of the diner. I was feeling sleepy again so I closed my eyes. When I opened them up a few minutes later, I saw that I was now back in my bedroom on Earth. I noticed a piece of paper on my dresser that hadn’t been there before; it was the drawing that my cousin had made for me.

I was glad that Sam had let me keep this. I heard his voice in my head telling me that he was sorry that he was unable to prevent the program from being corrupted. He said that he would try to find a way to stop this from happening in the future, but it would be hard because the mean aliens were extremely sneaky and highly intelligent.

Dreamtime- February 5, 2010- Bon Jovi Bus Concert

February 5, 2010- Bon Jovi Bus Concert

I won contest- 2 tickets to a private Bon Jovi concert. Mom came with me because my brother was too sick to do so and I didn’t have any friends even in this holodeck program, which is kind of pathetic. This event was taking place in a very strange place- on a big, nice bus while it was on the road. I wasn’t sure where we’d be driving to yet though.

It was leaving from the Meadowlands so I had to drive there, but luckily in this reality there wasn’t much traffic and less development in the area, as is often the case. We saw the old Giants Stadium being torn down there too.

It was the beginning of May and the temps were in the low 60s by late afternoon. Mom was feeling cold and wore her winter coat and hat. I had on a sweat jacket, t-shirt and jeans.

There were about 50 people on the bus. In a space at the front of it were the bands’ instruments.  I saw a lady with her doggie, a Border collie mix. I was thinking how odd it was that she had it with her but also was wishing that one of my doggies were here also. 10 seconds later, Mookie appeared on my lap.

Bon Jovi showed up 15 minutes later and now it was time for this adventure/event to begin.  I’m not certain what road we were traveling on, probably Rt. 3. I’m pretty sure that’s the one near the Meadowlands. But here there were mountains; I saw snow on top of them .The area seemed more rural after about a 5 minute drive.

They performed 3 songs before stopping to do a lecture/Q & A type thing. I was so upset when my glasses disappeared during the latter. One of the mean aliens must’ve hacked into the program and made this happen. They like picking on and spoiling things for my friend Sam. I hoped that he’d detect this change and correct it so I’d get my glasses back.

At one point, Richie sat next to me. He was wearing a black leather jacket. I was feeling kind of sleepy, and still angry about the glasses. I started dozing off, completely unaware that my head was now on his arm. A little later, I woke up as he was getting up. He left a flashlight on the seat next to me.

They were taking a couple of requests, which was good. The first was one of my favorite songs, “It’s My Life”; I was really getting into that. By then, my glasses had been returned, thank goodness. They also did a few songs off of their new album.

Jon was walking near me and I was feeling a bit nervous. This anxiety increased when he actually talked to me. He told me that he liked my eyeglasses and asked me where I got them. I said thanks and told him that they were from a place in Elizabeth. He was wearing sunglasses which seemed sort of strange to me.

They had performed only about 8 songs during the 2 hours that we had been on this bus so far, which I was slightly annoyed about. I should have just been appreciating the fact that I was part of such a special and unusual event. I felt guilty for having that negative thought and emotion.

Jon asked us if we wanted to go to a rest stop for something to eat, their treat, and everyone was saying yes.  When we got there I told mom to stick close to me. We had to leave the 2 doggies on the bus. Mookie had been sitting on Mom’s lap for most of the journey.

Only about a minute later, I didn’t see Mom. She had wandered off already, which was upsetting. I couldn’t see her anywhere; where could she have gone so quickly? I thought that I had found her a couple of minutes later but this was just a woman with a similar coat.

There seemed to be a lot of people at this rest stop. It was much better than the ones in reality. Another lady saw how upset I looked and offered to help me look for my mother after I told her about my dilemma. That was very kind of her.

Luckily, we found her a couple of minutes later. Many of the people from the bizarre traveling concert were getting ice cream from Baskin Robbins, as did mom and I. I chose my favorite flavor, mint chocolate chip, in the kiddie- sized cup.

We were all back on the bus about 30 minutes later. Bon Jovi did a 6 more songs and there was further interaction between the fans and them. During one of the power ballads,” I’ll Be There for You”, Jon was close to and looking right at me for a bit. I wondered why he had done this, but was also feeling happy about it.

The return trip to the Meadowlands was much quicker, only about 70 minutes. We seemed to be going the same speed as before. That seemed kind of weird, but in the holodeck many such peculiar things happen.

It was already daylight by the time that we got there even though it was only 12:30 a.m. Time was definitely different in this reality which was cool, now I wouldn’t have to drive home in the dark which is very hard for me because of my bad eyesight and other reasons. Maybe in this reality I wouldn’t have such problems though.

When we were in the parking lot, Jon said “Let’s do some more” The audience was excited that the concert would be continuing. The bus traveled on a different road this time for about 45 minutes as Bon Jovi did 5 more songs and chatted with the audience. They signed some autographs too.

What a long trip/concert this turned out to be, like 5 hours. I did have a very nice time. Mom was tired. Mookie and Buffy didn’t have any “accidents” just like in the real world when Mike, Mom, and I were at a party at Kathy’s house in PA for most of the day. This was good.

I was petting Mookie in my car for a minute and just about ready to head home when Sam sent me back to my Earth. I had been preparing my lunch before being taken to his world. Mom and I were going to watch “The Price is Right” then. That seemed so dull compared to the thrilling event that I had just been a part of.

Dreamtime- January 18, 2006- Revenge Demon and Duran Duran

Duran Duran was doing a concert in my town. I had been the grand prize winner in a contest. I would also get to hang out with them beforehand. As if such a thing could ever happen in the real world.

This would be taking place in the field across from my old apartment which I still lived in. The DD guys were already in the living room. I was not even feeling that nervous.

When I went into the kitchen to get a couple of them something to drink, I overheard Simon saying something mean about me “She is both ugly and stupid”.  I was upset that this version of him had been such a jerk and that the others had laughed. I still wanted to hang out with them despite this.

After that incident, very bizarre and scary things began happening. Simon was acting so strangely for a bit; he sprayed some hair spray around the room and was laughing. A couple of minutes later, the six of us were teleported into my neighbor’s 1970s white car.

Andy was under a spell that had him driving fast and crazily. We hit a couple of parked cars. We were then sent to another location, the part of the field near the community center. An invisible force lifted up John, dropped him to the ground, and slid him through a big puddle of mud there.

The guys were seriously freaked out and also mad. They even wanted to leave town then. A loud, deep voice said “You will not be allowed to go until after the show”.

They did try driving out of here shortly after this but it was as if an invisible force field was preventing them from leaving my small town.

We went back to my place. Nick actually asked me if I was a witch who was causing all of these horrible things to happen. Why would I do that? I was guessing that maybe some sort of demon was responsible for it all.

They changed into their concert outfits and we went across to the stage area for a sound check. About an hour later, the crowd started arriving. There would be around 300 people at this event, including a few of my former classmates- Laurie, Michelle J, and Janet.

Even more odd stuff occurred during the concert. Simon forgot most of the words to “Hungry Like the Wolf”, the sound system was majorly acting up during “Notorious”, and a herd of bulls was coming towards us then disappeared during “My Own Way”.

The crowd would totally forget each of these weird episodes almost immediately afterwards. Only the DD guys and I would have the memory of them.

As they performed “Hold Back the Rain”, it began raining heavily for about 45 seconds .Everything was totally dry afterwards.

During “Save a Prayer”, a TV appeared near some of the crowd near the stage which is where I was. A Bon Jovi video, “Livin’ on a Prayer” was on it. I heard a girl saying “We would rather see Bon Jovi than you guys!” That vanished a minute later.

Irene Cara magically materialized and performed her hit “Fame”. No one seemed to think that this was peculiar. She was gone right after that.

I noticed that a giant zit was now on John’s chin during “Planet Earth”. Would such bad things ever stop happening? Laurie, who was standing next to me, told me that she suddenly recalled all of the concert fiascos.

She said that she believes in the supernatural. She had heard of a revenge demon and believed that it must be responsible for everything. I told her about Simon’s mean words about me. She said that the demon would go away if I get him to apologize.

I went up close to the stage and motioned for him to come over to me. I told him what Laurie had said. They all did apologize. Roger did say that he hadn’t laughed and even tried defending me which I hadn’t recalled but believed.

The rest of the show-only 3 more songs-went smoothly. They did not stick around my town for much longer following this. I am sure that they were glad to be out of there.

Before the demon departed, he telepathically told me that I would be the only one who remember that this concert had happened. I wrote a short fiction story based on this strange experience that was published in a magazine.

Dreamtime- February 27,  2016- 1987 Again

I was sitting on the couch in my living room reading the TV Guide one moment and the next I was in the basement of our old apartment. I was sitting on the bean bag chair made of blue jean type material. A music magazine was in my hands.

The page that I was looking at had an article about John Taylor on it. The picture of him was very nice. He looked as he did in Duran Duran’s Notorious album days. I was so happy to see this.

My outfit was different in this reality. I was wearing the gray top with geometric designs and belt with Chic jeans like I used to have. Mom would usually get me that brand and PS Gitano from Bradlees, the department store that she worked at.

I was sort of jealous of my classmates who had the more expensive designer brands like Jordache,   Sassoon, Gloria Vanderbilt, Calvin Klein, and Sergio Valente.

It was odd that my bedroom was not in the cellar. I saw my Teddy bear calendar on the wall- it was April 1987. By then, my room had been down there for about a year and 9 months.

My brother’s room was here though. My parent’s had built it in 1982, I think. We used to have to share the big bedroom upstairs.

This section of the cellar was still as it had been before that, including the tan carpet. The brown paneling was a part of the décor for as long as I could remember and remained there as part of my room.

The bean bag chair was placed in the center. I remember it mostly being up in the sitting room, which was formerly my bedroom.

The blue couch was up against the wall with the end table next to it. My small, black Panasonic boom box was on that table.

The big wooden stereo/TV cabinet was there too. It was in our living room in the 1970s. Sliding doors were on the front of this. The television was in the center and on top of it was the turntable underneath a cover. I can’t remember if the stereo had AM/FM.

The compartment for records was next to the TV.  Mostly, my parent’s albums- Johnny Cash, Elvis, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra and Christmas ones by various artists-were in it. A few of my brother’s and my Disney records- It’s A Small World, Mary Poppins, and The Best of Disney – were too. We still have all of these.

I loved having a furnished basement. The one that we have in our current apartment is pretty creepy. I hate even going down there to do the laundry.

Was I home alone? So far, it seemed that way. But then I heard someone coming down the stairs. When I looked over at the staircase, I saw my Ginger pup. I was extremely happy to see her.

Ginger was such a good and beautiful doggie. She was a terrier mix. I think that she might have had some Shetland sheepdog in her too. She looked somewhat like the famous dog Benji.

I sat up on the couch and Ginger jumped up next to me. I gave her a big hug and she licked my cheek. It was wonderful that she was still alive in this fantasy world. Dad had her put to sleep in November of 1986 in reality.

I will always be mad at him for this. He never even had the vet find out what was making her so sick. It might have just been an infection that meds could have cured.

I petted her and told her how much that I love her. She would always comfort me whenever I was feeling sad. I hope that I get to see her again in the afterlife.

The radio magically came on then. I heard Casey Kasem talking; his “America’s Top 40” was on. The next song was Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer”.

I wasn’t even into that group back then but did have a poster of Jon on the wall. I had won it at a ring toss game down the shore. I thought that he was kind of cute which is why I kept it and put it there.

My interest in Bon Jovi wasn’t until 2000 and lasted about 11 years. It was never as intense as the Duran Duran one though. Is it weird that I wasn’t a big fan of either until many years later than my classmates?

I went over to the cabinets that our grandfather had built into the wall. We kept our games, Tupperware, and other items in there. As I was about to open one of them, the scenery began to fade. It was disappointing that I didn’t get to remain in the alien holodeck for any longer but I was glad that I did have a bit of time with my sweet doggie.

February 21- More Childhood Memories- Part 1

My Name
I kind of didn’t like my name until I was in my late teens. I hardly ever used to correct people when they mispronounced it. I saw Sister D, our grade school principal, about 14 years ago and she still called me Laura. I pictured saying “My name is Lara, not Laura” but part of me was thinking it is many years too late to say that. I’m sure that a lot of people would disagree. I would have felt too anxious doing so though, especially to a nun. They sort of scare me which is rather ridiculous.

Family and Childhood Dreams
Aunt Agnes and Uncle Fred lived in the apartment near the carnival grounds. It was just up the street from ours back then. Mom, Mike, and I visited them occasionally.

Aunt Agnes was the sister of either Mom’s father or mother. I should ask her or Mike which it is. She had such nice knick-knacks on the shelves in her living room. I didn’t want to get too close to them for fear that I might accidentally break one.

I used to enjoy telling Uncle Fred about some of my dreams, like the ones that had characters from “Battle of The Planets” in it. My brother and I liked that cartoon a lot. He seemed really interested in hearing about this.

Black and White TV
My brother and I used to share the big bedroom in our old 2 room apartment when we were kids. We started doing so in the late 1970s. We had a little black and white TV in there. I remember that we watched the Channel 9 news sometimes on it. We switched over to Channel 7’s news by 1983.

Bean Bag Chairs
In the 80s, we had a beanbag chair made out of jean material that I liked a lot. I am pretty sure that we had a red leather-type one too. I remember that the former was very inexpensive. Mom probably bought it at Bradlees. She worked at that department store for about 9 years.

Jeans
Mom would usually get me Chic and PS Gitano jeans from Bradlees, the department store where she worked. I was sort of jealous of my classmates who had the more expensive designer brands like Jordache, Sassoon, Gloria Vanderbilt, Calvin Klein, and Sergio Valente. I think that I had a pair of the latter, either as a clearance sale item or as hand-me-downs from a family friend.

Dreamtime-October 19, 2015- Time Travel

I had the ability to travel through time and space by just using my thoughts. My appearance had been made younger, early 20s- for this storyline. I teleported to NYC in 1984.

I was in a music store when I saw Simon Le Bon and John Taylor. I overheard them talking about dogs. Simon was asking John a question about a certain breed but he didn’t know the answer. I was brave enough to go over to them to reply to this. Part of me was worried that they would be annoyed at me, however.

They didn’t seem bothered by this. In fact, I was even showing them photos of my dog. I accidentally touched Simon’s hand then. Suddenly, we were in his future- 2008. That had been the year on the calendar in the last photo that we had been looking at.

We were in the same store. It was different now, obviously. There were mostly CDs and a smaller section that still had albums. Simon wasn’t even freaked out about this. We just happened to be in the section where the Duran Duran CDs were. He saw the Astronaut one there.

Before we had a chance to look around, we were transported to a different location. I was definitely not responsible for this. We were near the woods that are close to my current apartment.

I was assuming that my past self and family would not be there as we walked to it. Simon commented on some of the automobiles along that way.

When we went inside my apartment, Buffy was there enthusiastically greeting me. I was so happy to see her. She got a little skittish when she saw Simon but was calmer after I told her that he was harmless.

Simon liked my brother’s computer. I didn’t tell him about how advanced that these machines presently were though. He was checking out some of the other electronics in my living room too.

After having lunch, Simon asked me if I could take him back to his own time which I did. When we arrived there, it was as if no time had passed. John had this look of disbelief on his face when Simon told him that he had been to the future.

He finally convinced John that this was true and asked him if he would like to go there too. John was totally uninterested in doing so though. I didn’t get a chance to hear the rest of what he was saying because my time in this holodeck program was over then.

Dreamtime

August 27, 2016- Alien Attack

I was in a department store that was Target-like but a bit bigger. My friend Joe was with me. He looked like John Taylor. Our appearances were younger though, like circa 1992.

We first looked in the electronics department. There were many types of stereos from the 80s- present day. After this, we decided to split up for a little while. He went to the men’s department to look at shirts and I was going to look for a pair of jeans for myself.

I saw about 30 people gathered by the housewares department. I was curious about this so I went over there to find out what was going on.

I had thought that perhaps some sort of demonstration was occurring. I saw a keyboard set up there and standing next to it was Howard Jones. What the heck was he doing here?

A girl was asking him a question. After he answered this, a man told the small crowd that Mr. Jones would return in about 15 minutes to perform a couple of songs.

I wondered if these would be “Things Can Only Get Better” and “No One is to Blame” like he did at the “Today” show mini concert in June. I am glad that I hadn’t backed out of going to that.

I found out that he had been doing a question and answer session for around 25 minutes. I wish that I had been there for this. I decided that I would find Joe because I knew that he would like to see this performance.

As I was walking towards Menswear, I saw my cousin Missy. We talked for just a couple of minutes. She was heading towards the fitting room to try on a couple of outfits.

Before I got to that department, I saw something very unusual. A small orb shaped object was flying nearby me. It was about the size of a soccer ball. I saw it get close to a guy and then bump into his arm.

The man immediately fell to the ground. He was in a frozen, statue-like state. I became really scared, started running, and looked for Joe. I was worried that the same thing might have happened to him.

He was looking at ties. I told him what I had witnessed. We heard a woman screaming a few seconds later. We saw that two more people had been attacked in a similar manner.

Was this some sort of alien technology and were there more than one of them in the store and/or perhaps elsewhere too?

I prayed that my cousin had not been harmed by this sinister object but when I went into the fitting room I saw that she had been.

Joe and I began running towards the front of the store so that we could escape this attack. Before we could get there, however, we saw the orb coming towards us.

We were near the electronics department. A stereo on the endcap was turned on. A Barry Manilow song,” Mandy” was playing. I noticed that the orb had slowed down and some sparks were coming out of it.

I wondered if the music was causing what appeared to be a malfunction. I turned the volume up really loud. Even more sparks were shooting out of it now. It then fell to the ground. It seemed to be totally damaged which was a relief.

Luckily, shortly afterwards the people who had been attacked were no longer in a statue-like state. I am not sure how destroying this weapon had reversed the effects of it though.

Joe said something like “Barry Manilow music saved us” and we laughed. Would any music have caused this to happen or just a specific kind?

I was no longer in this storyline right after this so I never did find out if other such alien weapons were around. If there hadn’t been, would Howard Jones still have performed for us after such a terrifying incident?

Dreamtime-

October 6, 2014- NYC

After putting on my jewelry, a 1928 set, one morning, I was transported to a fashion jewelry store in NYC on the holodeck. It was located near the Plaza on 48th St. I looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was only 8:30 a.m. I was surprised that this store was open so early.

I looked at some of the gold necklaces. I’ve been preferring this over silver lately.  I saw a nice one that had 5 stars on it. I have been searching for a necklace like this in reality. I hoped that I would get to keep it after this program.

I also saw a brass type heart necklace. I was looking for earrings to pair up with this and the star one but couldn’t really find any that I liked. Both necklaces were on sale so the total was only around $18.00.

When I went outside, I saw the” Today Show’s “10:00 hour hosts, Hoda and Kathie Lee. They were talking to 2 girls who looked to be in their late 20s. Hoda was telling them that George Clooney was going to be the guest on their show this morning.

The girls were so excited about that and said that they would be standing outside of the studio window to see him. I was debating on whether or not to do so myself. I’m not a big fan of his but it would be cool to see him in person.

My friend Sharon likes him a lot. I wished that the real Sharon or even a holographic version of her could be here with me for this star gazing experience.

Just as I was about to walk over to the studio, however, the scenery around me was beginning to fade. Looks like I would not have the chance to see Clooney after all. Would I be in another setting next or was I being transported back home?

I was sitting on my bed again as I had been before this brief trip into the city. I guess that Sam had to get me out of the program because he was close to being caught having a human on the holodeck which is still not acceptable in his society.

He has told me that it wasn’t always this way there. He also said that he hopes that one day his race would not be so anti-human. He’s never told me what caused the change in policy/public opinion and I’ve been afraid to ask.

I wasn’t able to keep the jewelry that I had bought in the holodeck; sometimes I am actually able to bring home items from there, like photos that I have taken and souvenirs.

Dreamtime-

December 23, 2014- Autographs

I was at an autograph signing show with Mike and Dad. It was being held in a warehouse type building. The inside of it was nice. The guest list would be a surprise to me because I wasn’t in this holodeck program until we got there. They had run out of the booklets that contained this info and my brother really wasn’t talking about it.

We saw Johnny Crawford from “The Rifleman”; my brother likes that show a lot. He said that he would get his autograph later. Dad went off on his own. Mike said that he would meet up with me in the other room in about 10 minutes. I wasn’t sure where he was going.

That room had 4 stars from “CHiPs”- Randi Oakes, the actress who played Sindy, Erik Estrada, and Larry Wilcox. I was wishing that Robert Pine and Michael Dorn were there too. The latter probably would be at this event more for his role in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” though.

I summoned up enough courage to talk to Estrada and Wilcox. Mike returned and was happy to see Randi. He got her autograph. I needed more cash so I went to an ATM. Estrada’s was $35.00, $5.00 more than Wilcox’s.

Mike helped me pick out the photos. He was chatting with them, including telling them that we have been watching “CHiPs” on MeTV lately. He also got their autographs.

“NCIS” star Cote de Pablo was also in this room. Mike wanted her autograph but needed more cash. As I was waiting for him, I suddenly felt very tired and weak. I was surprised when Erik noticed this and got a chair for me to sit in. I thanked him.

I was getting a little annoyed that it was taking my brother so long to return. Maybe he and Dad were talking. Or he might have run into Tony who had told us that he might be there.

I was glad when he did finally get back. He talked to Cote for about 5 minutes. I had overheard a guy saying that Mark Harmon was in the big room. As if either or both “NCIS” stars would show up at such an event. I did wonder why they weren’t in the same room.

Mike and I went to the big room next. I saw Huey Lewis sitting at one of the tables. I found out that he and The News (where were they now?) would be performing there later. This room had a stage in it.

I didn’t really want anyone else’s autograph. I went with my brother to meet Johnny Crawford. As he was talking to him, the scene began to fade. My time at this show was over. It was interesting that I got to see these and other stars at it.

I actually did see Erik Estrada at a Chiller Theater one in 2008 but wasn’t interested in getting his autograph. I wish that I hadn’t been afraid to go with Mike and Dad to the show that Michael Dorn was at. Mike said that he had told him “My sister remembers you being on “CHiPs”.
