I loved my Little House series when I was a kid. I also have a few others. My brother and I watched the TV show but I always liked the books much better.
Oh how I loved the Little House books. Such a treat. What a great collection you have Lara! I used to borrow the Little House books from our school library and would devour them on weekends. I loved the show too. But as you said, nothing beats the books!
I love reading stories from that time period. Although I didn't have the Little House books, I did have my beloved Anne of Green Gables collection. :)
Thanks Chelly, I am very pleased that you enjoyed my post. It's cool that we both like the same type of books too. I didn't get the Anne series until after the PBS movie though and of course I enjoyed them as well. I'd never survive back in the Ingall's days, that's for sure. When I was about 15 I dreamt that I was transported back then and Laura was sent to my timeline.
